A dynamic and analytical professional, she thrives on entering new environments, asking the right questions, and developing clear, actionable plans that drive results.
Tristen is recognized for her ability to identify individual strengths and build cross-functional teams to execute on large-scale initiatives. Her background spans project management, public policy, and operations, with a proven track record in logistics, financial oversight, communications, and public affairs. She has led end-to-end supply chain improvements, private-label product development, and multi-million-dollar agreements in both the public and private sectors, most notably serving as Vice President of the Beverly Hills Unified School District Board of Education, where she oversaw an $80 million operating budget and a $385 million capital bond initiative.
Known for her transformational leadership, Tristen specializes in infrastructure optimization, change management, strategic communication, and stakeholder engagement. She has developed training protocols, implemented governance frameworks, and successfully executed public-facing campaigns for both ballot measures and elected officials. Her deep understanding of how policy, compliance, and industry regulation intersect has enabled her to build strong public-private partnerships and resilient systems.
As the founder of Six Points Global, an import/export and logistics firm that supports brands and mission-driven organizations through every stage of product development. The company assists clients—many of whom are ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals, family offices, and boutique brands—with private label and promotional goods, overseeing design, development, compliance, sourcing, manufacturing, packaging, transportation, and fulfillment. Tristen leads end-to-end project management for custom, often confidential initiatives ranging from high-end consumer products to luxury gifting and branded merchandise. Her ability to integrate global operations with personalized service has made her a trusted partner to clients who value precision, discretion, and excellence.
As a seasoned public speaker and strategist, she excels under pressure, facilitating informed decision-making, asking results-driven questions, and aligning diverse teams around common objectives. She brings a highly adaptive mindset and a passion for governance innovation and civic engagement, grounded in real-world operational experience.
Tristen holds a B.S. in Communication from Boston University and an M.A. in Government from Johns Hopkins University. She is currently pursuing an MBA in Management at Boston University’s Questrom School of Business, where she is deepening her expertise in leadership, systems thinking, and strategic operations.
